What I Make Of It

Homemade Paper- the next step

ADD some Visual Spice to homemade paper

This project used my first paper pulp! Made from vegetable skins, yard waste,
& discarded mail among other fibers. The texture is wonderful as is.

To add some visual spice-- use chalk pastels to bring in
more color and 'light', and layer up with cut paper scraps,
finish with rubber stamping (x's) for effect.

Paper-making supplies are easy to gather & instructions are readily available on the internet.
Only apply media to dry paper.

Well thank-you for your comment & nice praise for my blog. This last year I have been putting a studio workshop back together after having only a digital space for some time. I do plan to share a few more upcycle projects too. I am a low consumption-artist and homemaker. When a project comes my way that has some use to it, I will create & share, especially if it is a low carbon footprint project. Hope you can follow along on the facebook or twitter feeds for more shares!
